Clinical Director Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Range: $130,000-160,000

• Clinical Director Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clinical Leadership: Supervise and mentor BCBA's and clinical staff in multiple states, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

• Best Practices: Stay informed of trends in the industry to make sure we are providing the best possible care.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to state/federal regulations and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure RBT's and BCBA's are meeting and exceeding goals, and that session notes are entered accurately.

• Performance Management: Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and address performance issues.

• Team Building: Foster environment of growth and inclusiveness so that all BCBA's and RBT's feel part of a team and grow in their positions.

• Rewards Program: Create and manage reward based programs for all BCBA's and RBT's.

• Data Analysis: Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to guide clinical decisions.

• Operational Support: Assist in recruitment, budgeting, and aligning clinical services with business goals.

• Supervision: Provide clinical supervision to BCBA candidates and junior staff. Community Engagement: Represent the organization in community outreach and advocacy efforts.

Clinical Director Schedule:

• Full-Time: 40 hours/week

• Location: UT

Clinical Director Skills and Qualifications:

• At a minimum current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.

• Experience as a clinical director.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
