Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a team of therapists in their daily practices and client interactions

  • Provide individual and group supervision for LAPC therapists and other team members

  • Ensure that all client assessments, treatment plans, and documentation meet regulatory and ethical standards

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to clients

  • Monitor caseloads and provide guidance on complex cases to ensure effective interventions are carried out

  • Facilitate team meetings and case consultations to promote a supportive and communicative work environment

  • Up to 10 hours per week split between office and home

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling from an accredited institution

  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia

  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical counseling experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role

  • Eligibility and credentials to supervise LAPC therapists

  • Strong understanding of mental health issues and treatment modalities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and clients

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide guidance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current on best practices in mental health care
