Responsibilities
Supervise and support a team of therapists in their daily practices and client interactions
Provide individual and group supervision for LAPC therapists and other team members
Ensure that all client assessments, treatment plans, and documentation meet regulatory and ethical standards
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to clients
Monitor caseloads and provide guidance on complex cases to ensure effective interventions are carried out
Facilitate team meetings and case consultations to promote a supportive and communicative work environment
Up to 10 hours per week split between office and home
Requirements
Master’s degree in Counseling from an accredited institution
Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia
Minimum of 5 years of clinical counseling experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
Eligibility and credentials to supervise LAPC therapists
Strong understanding of mental health issues and treatment modalities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and clients
Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide guidance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current on best practices in mental health care
