Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis and demonstrate a commitment to improving the lives of individuals with behavioral and developmental disabilities. This role requires expertise in data collection, diagnostic evaluation, and patient care, ensuring that each client receives tailored interventions that promote positive behavioral changes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify the needs of clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
  • Collect and analyze data to measure client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and family members, to ensure cohesive care.
  • Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry standards and practices.

Qualifications

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to behavioral health.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
  • Proficiency in data collection methods and analysis techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality.
  • A passion for working with individuals with disabilities and a commitment to promoting their well-being.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
