Support faculty and students use of computer software and hardware.
Assist students entering and leaving lab to ensure proper protocol of policies.
Aid and introduce students to usage of computers and other equipment.
Provide records of students’ usage in computerized instructional support.
Maintain all lab equipment, software, keyboards, monitors and other devices.
Ensure proper treatment and authorized removal of equipment.
Log equipment damage and malfunctions.
Gather statistical reporting information as needed for individual departments.
Offer access to reference manuals and other information to users.
Extend assistance towards computers and printers’ support.
Clean, review and handle minor equipment maintenance to assure its operational condition.
Ensure a positive and productive visit of student, staff, and facultyQualifications:High school diploma required, AA preferred. Provide assistance using software programs, printing documents and understanding and using certain operating systems.
