Job Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
  • Licensing: Active license in good standing required (LMHC or LCSW). Licensed associates (LMHCA or LSWAIC) will also be considered depending on experience.
  • Experience: Prior experience in residential settings and addiction recovery models, with a focus on co-occurring disorders, is preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Position Overview

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), you will play a key role in guiding individuals through their mental health and recovery journeys. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated clinical team to provide comprehensive assessments, individual and group therapy, and develop personalized treatment plans for residents experiencing mental health challenges and co-occurring behavioral addictions. We also welcome licensed associate counselors depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive care for 6-8 residents.
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage discharge documentation.
  • Facilitate individual therapy and group sessions weekly. Collaborate with families and other treatment team members.
  • Lead psychoeducational and process groups.
  • Ensure compliance with documentation and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in occasional on-call rotation for urgent client needs.

Additional Requirements

  • Valid WA State driver’s license.
  • CPR, First Aid certification, food handler’s permit (post-hire).
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Proof of negative TB test.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: $80,000-$100,000 annually DOE.
