Primary Responsibilities:

Field incoming service requests from Customers
Obtain and accurately enter Customers information in order to open a Case in Salesforce
Booking technician travel arrangements including flight, hotel and rental car
Validation of technician time for payroll purposes
Collection and processing technicians’ expenses
Receptionist back up for daily lunch/breaks, out of office
Collaborate with all team members to ensure that all service calls are processed efficiently and accurately.
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative assistant, customer service, service coordinator, or related role
Preferred experience in coordinating business travel
Experience using Microsoft Office products
Strong communication and team working skills
Excellent attention to detail
