Primary Responsibilities:
- Field incoming service calls from Customers
- Obtain and accurately enter Customers information in order to open a Case in Salesforce
- Booking technician travel arrangements including flight, hotel and rental car
- Validation of technician time for payroll purposes
- Collection and processing technicians’ expenses
- Receptionist back up for daily lunch/breaks, out of office
- Work hand in hand with all team members to ensure that all service calls are processed efficiently and accurately.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative assistant, customer service, service coordinator, or related role
- Preferred experience in coordinating business travel
- Experience using Microsoft Office products
- Strong communication and team working skills
- Excellent attention to detail
