Primary Responsibilities:

  • Field incoming service calls from Customers
  • Obtain and accurately enter Customers information in order to open a Case in Salesforce
  • Booking technician travel arrangements including flight, hotel and rental car
  • Validation of technician time for payroll purposes
  • Collection and processing technicians’ expenses
  • Receptionist back up for daily lunch/breaks, out of office
  • Work hand in hand with all team members to ensure that all service calls are processed efficiently and accurately.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned


Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative assistant, customer service, service coordinator, or related role
  • Preferred experience in coordinating business travel
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products
  • Strong communication and team working skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
