Seeking BCBAs for immediate hire in Philadelphia who are dedicated to helping children with the science of Applied Behavior Analysis. Join our small ABA agency, started by a BCBA, that is supportive, flexible and cares about our staff as well as the families we serve.

Preferred Location:

• Northeast Philadelphia
• North Philadelphia
• Northwest Philadelphia

Average case load: 3-10 clients

Activities include:

• Developing Treatment Plans
• Train/Support technicians
• Completing Assessments such as FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, and Vineland
• Parent/Caregiver training

Must be a kind and patient person who enjoys being with children and helping them learn and grow.

Required Experience:

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis or Related Field
• LBS license
• BCBA Certification
• Implementing behavior analytic interventions: 1 year
