Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments using criteria such as ASAM to evaluate client needs and strengths.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with client goals and recovery trajectory. Psychosocial
• Facilitate both individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing modalities like CBT, DBT, Matrix Model, and motivational interviewing.
• Provide health education related to HIV, hepatitis, relapse prevention, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT).
• Offer crisis intervention and continuous monitoring of client progress through documentation and case reviews.
• Serve clients across multiple systems—liaising with courts, probation, housing, employment and community services to support holistic recovery.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records in alignment with clinic guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of medical staff, case managers, and peer supports to coordinate integrated care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active CADC certification (or equivalent) required.
• Proficiency in evidence-based counseling approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, Matrix Model).
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.80 - $29.87 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
