What You’ll Do

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized ABA treatment plans

• Provide supervision and support to ABA Therapists and RBTs

• Train and collaborate with caregivers to promote skill generalization

• Track client progress and adjust goals as needed

• Participate in team meetings and maintain clear communication

What You Bring

• Current BCBA certification (required)

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Professional, communicative, and compassionate demeanor

• ABA experience
