Select Savvy is seeking a compassionate and motivated School Social Worker to join our team for a full-time, in-person role in Carpentersville, IL. If you're passionate about supporting students and collaborating within a dynamic school environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer supportive guidance and practical strategies to help students work through academic, social, and emotional challenges.
• Address concerns within the school setting, including peer conflict, behavioral difficulties, and overall well-being.
• Keep accurate and confidential documentation regarding student health and progress.
• Partner with families, teachers, and staff to promote positive student outcomes.
• Develop and carry out intervention plans for students experiencing challenges at home or in school.
• Track and report on student growth, behavior, and engagement.
• Connect students and families with appropriate community or mental health resources.
• Stay current on best practices in youth mental health and behavioral support.
• Provide educators with strategies for engaging and supporting students who may be at risk.

Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois Social Worker License
• Active Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Social Worker endorsement
