Overview
Wired Behavior is looking for a caring, motivated, and detail-oriented Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. We’re passionate about creating a warm, collaborative culture where our staff feel supported, valued, and empowered to make a real difference.
We specialize in working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, and our approach is rooted in compassion, professionalism, and evidence-based practices. We’re currently seeking a part-time, in-home BCBA who thrives on working directly with families, building trust, and collaborating to create meaningful change in our clients’ lives.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client’s unique needs and strengths.
- Develop individualized, goal-driven treatment plans informed by data and best practices.
- Implement effective behavior intervention strategies in a variety of home and community settings.
- Track progress closely, making data-based adjustments to ensure clients continue moving forward.
- Coach and train families, caregivers, and staff on behavior management strategies in a supportive, approachable way.
- Maintain accurate records and uphold the highest standards of HIPAA compliance.
- Stay current on research, data collection methods, and ABA best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field (required).
- Current BCBA certification (required).
- Experience working directly with families, with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and interpret data effectively.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to confidentiality.
- A passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care and fostering an inclusive environment.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
