- Mental Health clinician with Substance Abuse experience Expereince in SUD treatment.
- LADC .CADC - CSW - LCSW - LPCC -
- Experience providing services within a correctional setting is preferred.

Responsibilities
Below is a list of your responsibilities as a Substance Abuse Counselor with YesCare at Lexington
- Provide direct clinical services to the inmates of the Substance Abuse Treatment program as a "Primary Counselor."
- As the "Primary Counselor," you will be responsible for completing initial assessments, g roup and individual counseling and d ischarge summaries in a timely manner.
- Conduct psycho-educational modules for all program participants.
- Evaluate inmates referred for substance abuse treatment services to determine the appropriate level of treatment and if applicable the necessary agency to provide required services.
- Document inmate evaluation or program participation in accordance with program procedures.
