Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in psychotherapy, group therapy, addiction medicine, case management, behavior management, and patient care. Responsibilities:
- Implements and maintains H.O.P.E Counseling and Addiction Service’s philosophy, principles, and procedures in all facets of performance.
- Ensures all professional licensure credentials are current
- Adhere to and be familiar with licensing board’s Code of Ethics and Professional Standards
- Maintains confidential information within 42 CFR Part 2, HIPAA guidelines, and organizational policies
- Provide treatment planning, individual, case management, family counseling, and group therapy services to patients, as needed.
- Assures coverage of therapeutic duties during scheduled time off
- Complete neat and thorough documentation of clinical services within a timely manner
- Participate in planned supervision and case consultation meetings.
- Participate in HOPE’s on call service
- Provides for coverage of additional services, including but not limited to case management, treatment plans, assessments, family education, and group therapy and individual services as assigned by the clinicians direct supervisor.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year experience employed in a behavioral health setting
- CDCA, LCDC-II, LCDC-III, LSW, LPC, LICDC, LISW, LPCC, LICDC-CS, LISW-S, or LPCC-S
- Current licensure through the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board or Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Professionals Board
