Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Peak Autism Center located in Detroit, MI and Fort Gratiot MI. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing individualized behavior intervention plans, providing direct therapy, and training staff and parents. The role involves ongoing data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure the effectiveness of intervention strategies and outcomes. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and maintaining clinical documentation are also key components of the role.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management
  • Knowledge of Psychology principles and practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working with individuals with autism is a plus
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
