About Job

Psychotherapist, LCSW/LCPC/LMFT/Psychologist

Vita Nova Therapy is a vibrant and collaborative group practice seeking a dedicated psychotherapist to join our team. We are distinguished by our commitment to multiculturalism and diversity, as well as our specialization in working with young adults and college students. We are a team of international clinicians who bring a wealth of worldviews and language skills to our work, deepening our understanding of and connection with our diverse clientele.

What Makes This Role Different:

  • Flexibility – Set your own caseload and hours (in-person, hybrid, or fully remote). Evenings and weekends are optional, making the role compatible with family, academic, or other professional interests.
  • Compensation & Benefits – Commission-based W-2 employment. Annual earnings typically range from $70–120k, depending on your chosen caseload. The practice covers payroll taxes, malpractice insurance, billing/administrative support, marketing, weekly group consultation, professional development trainings, and retirement contributions.
  • Supervision & Growth – For those who need it, we provide supervision and co-created learning experiences that integrate our expertise in long-term psychotherapy and multiculturalism with your emerging expertise, interests, and lived experience.
  • Culture & Values – Join a collegial, learning-oriented environment grounded in multicultural, feminist, psychodynamic (including Jungian), relational, and third-wave behavioral perspectives.
  • Immigration Support – We are able to petition for employment-based immigration status, in recognition of our own immigration histories.

Our Areas of Expertise:

  • Students and young professionals
  • LGBTQ+ advocacy and marginalized identities
  • Cross-cultural individual and couple psychotherapy
  • Mindfulness and holistic interventions

If you are a psychotherapist who can enrich our practice with your unique knowledge, skills, and experiences, we would love to hear from you. While experience in a university counseling setting is not required, it would complement our team's existing expertise.
