Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are searching for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school-based team for the 2025-26 school year for a fulltime opportunityin the Hackensack, NJ area!

Position Details:

• September 2025 - June 2026
• Full time: 35 Hours/week
• Caseload: Elementary School Students
• Pay Range: $45- $50per hour, depending on previous experience

• Determine the underlying causes of problematic behaviors;conduct thorough functional behavior assessments.
• Create customized behavior intervention strategies based on assessment data.
• Collect and analyze data on student behavior.

• Must have a Masters Degree in one of the following: School/Educational Psychology, Behavior, Special Education, or a similar field
• Must hold a National BCBA Certification
• Must have school based experience
