Location: Union, NJ - Home-Based, School-Based, or Center-Based (depending on client needs)
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Pay: $90,000 - $110,000 annually (Full-Time)
Compensation Package: Signing Bonus

Overview

At Flywheel Centers, our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) play a vital leadership role in delivering individualized, high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) care. As a BCBA, you will collaborate with clients, families, supervisees, and the broader care team to create socially significant, positive change for the children we serve.

Position Details

  • Schedule: Flexible scheduling based on client availability

  • Work Setting: Options include home-based, school-based, or center-based sessions depending on client needs

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA Certification

  • Active State License

  • Proven experience delivering ABA therapy to children with autism

  • Flexible, adaptable approach to work commitments

Key Responsibilities

  • Report to and take direction from the Regional Clinical Director

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize care delivery

  • Implement Flywheel's clinical policies and procedures

  • Ensure compliance with insurance requirements, state regulations, and documentation standards in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Team

  • Conduct assessments and reassessments

  • Develop individualized treatment plans

  • Provide clinical supervision and parent training

  • Participate in Flywheel trainings, events, and professional development opportunities

  • Enter billable hours in Central Reach within required timelines

  • Support BCBA fieldwork supervision and serve as RBT supervisor as needed under Regional Clinical Director guidance

  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions
