Description:
The Client Success Specialist is responsible for assisting the Senior Account Executive's clientele, marketing initiatives, and overall workload. They are responsible for assisting the Senior Account Executive with day-to-day activities including administrative activities, creative marketing campaigns, client research, and Salesforce data entry.
CLIENT SUCCESS SPECIALIST ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
SAE Admin & Marketing Support (Remote 95%)
Administrative Tasks
- Coordinate calendar appointments, client meetings, and travel arrangements
- Process expense reports
- Handle logistics such as restaurant reservations, gift packing and shipping
- Maintain relationships with vendors for swag and gifting
CRM & Task Management
- Assist with day-to-day administrative needs such as contact/job assignment requests and database upkeep
- Maintain up-to-date client profiles in Salesforce
- Create follow-up tasks, log meeting notes, and track client activity
- Generate reports identifying key account trends (e.g., top clients, dormant accounts, decreasing engagement)
- Proactively catch unassigned jobs or tasks needing AE attention
Research & Marketing Support
- Conduct research on law firms, decision-makers, and industry news using platforms like LinkedIn, Law360, and legal journals
- Set up and monitor docket alerts for key accounts
- Support outbound marketing campaigns including e-blasts, drip campaigns, and client mailings
- Track and assist with lead generation efforts across multiple platforms
- Prepare and send gifts, handwritten notes, and swag to clients for specific campaigns (e.g., onboarding, holidays, client check-ins)
In Person Client Interaction (Approx. 5%)
- Professionally field occasional client check-ins or quick requests when delegated by AE
- Attend sponsorship events, lunch and learns, and other client events
- Collaborate with back office on coverage issues, billing inquiries, or troubleshooting
- Ensure timely follow-through on client follow-up tasks as directed
CLIENT SUCCESS SPECIALIST LOCATION:
Candidates must reside in the D.C, Maryland, Virginia area. Position is mainly remote with occasional travel in the D.C metro area.

9:00am - 5:00pm EST
CLIENT SUCCESS SPECIALIST COMPENSATION:
$23.00 - $24.04 per hour

Legal field experience preferred. Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience with Microsoft Office products. Experience with Salesforce a plus. Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
