About Us
Raising Dreams LLC is applying to become an Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) provider in Pennsylvania, offering quality behavioral services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are seeking a qualified professional to be listed as our behavioral services provider in our ODP application and to deliver services upon approval.
Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mental health counseling and a commitment to improving the lives of individuals and families. This role involves providing support and guidance to clients facing various challenges, including mental health issues, family dynamics, and crisis situations. The Social Worker will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients across different settings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Provide child and family counseling, addressing the unique needs of each family unit.
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and psychotherapy.
- Engage in crisis intervention strategies to support clients in acute distress.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations to coordinate care.
- Conduct intake interviews and psychological testing as needed.
- Support patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, focusing on their overall well-being.
- Offer specialized care for individuals with PTSD, autism, addiction issues, or disabilities.
- Participate in research initiatives aimed at improving social work practices and patient outcomes.
Experience
- Proven experience in child & family counseling and working with children is essential.
- Supervising experience is preferred to guide junior staff or interns effectively.
- Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and hospital environments is a plus.
- Background in behavioral health, including mental health counseling, geriatrics, pediatrics, and addiction counseling.
- Experience with telehealth services is advantageous as we expand our reach to clients.
- Knowledge of diagnostic evaluation processes and patient assessment methodologies is required.

Qualifications (must meet one of the following)
Master’s degree or higher in Social Work (MSW) and licensed in PA (LSW or LCSW preferred).
Master’s degree or higher in Psychology and licensed in PA.
Master’s degree in a related human service field (e.g., counseling, special education) plus at least one year of experience developing and implementing behavioral support plans.
Knowledge of ODP regulations preferred.
Requirements
Current Pennsylvania professional license (where applicable).
Background checks and clearances per PA law (Act 33, Act 34, FBI).
Ability to work collaboratively with a small, dedicated team.
