Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention services to students.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to develop individualized support plans.
• Facilitate group sessions focused on social skills, emotional regulation, and conflict resolution.
• Connect students and families with community resources and support services.
• Document casework activities and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Valid state social work license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience working in school settings or with children and adolescents.
• Strong understanding of the challenges faced by K-12 students, including socioeconomic and behavioral factors.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
