Provides mental health treatment, including intake, assessments, therapy, crisis intervention, and case management for diverse clients.
Coordinates care with psychiatrists, social workers, and staff, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with guidelines.
Offers counseling, outreach, and support for family violence situations, and conducts domestic violence training for staff.
Maintains accurate documentation, updates behavioral health databases, and participates in team meetings.
Liaises with external agencies to coordinate patient care and provides clinical supervision to MSWs and ASWs, contingent on certification.
Requires two years of clinical therapy and case management experience, with preferred bilingual skills in Cantonese or Vietnamese, and a valid California LCSW license.
