- Provides mental health treatment, including intake, assessments, therapy, crisis intervention, and case management for diverse clients.
- Coordinates care with psychiatrists, social workers, and staff, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with guidelines.
- Offers counseling, outreach, and support for family violence situations, and conducts domestic violence training for staff.
- Maintains accurate documentation, updates behavioral health databases, and participates in team meetings.
- Liaises with external agencies to coordinate patient care and provides clinical supervision to MSWs and ASWs, contingent on certification.
- Requires two years of clinical therapy and case management experience, with preferred bilingual skills in Cantonese or Vietnamese, and a valid California LCSW license.
