Yerushalmi Law Firm – Beverly Hills, CA

Yerushalmi Law Firm is seeking an experienced and highly organized Intake Coordinator to lead our Intake Department. This full-time position plays a critical leadership role in managing the intake process, overseeing a team of 4–8 intake specialists, and ensuring the successful onboarding of new clients. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the intake department, providing daily guidance and support to a team of 4–8 intake specialists.
  • Oversee and validate follow-ups on pending inquiries to ensure every potential lead is handled properly and timely.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and huddles to strategize with your team, review call succession, and align on departmental goals.
  • Monitor and track performance metrics, including first-call close rates, and implement strategies to improve conversion.
  • Review and approve incoming cases, helping the team determine which cases should be signed and which should be referred out.
  • Ensure compliance by planning and scheduling breaks and lunches based on business needs.
  • Assign signed cases to case managers in a timely and organized manner to ensure seamless handoff.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for intake-related concerns, providing solutions and direction as needed.
  • Participate in training and mentoring new intake staff.
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in an intake or customer service leadership role, preferably in a legal or medical setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and drive performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) .
  • Proficiency with CRM systems; experience with Filevine and Lead Docket is a plus.
Schedule:

Monday – Friday
  • 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • In-office, full-time
Compensation:

$25- $30 hourly rate
