Collaborative Autism Management Programs is an ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy agency that provides treatment to individuals and families impacted with Autism and other developmental disorders (e.g., Intellectual Disabilities, Cerebral Palsy, and Down syndrome). Compensation:
Starting Annual Salary is $80,000. Compensation is based on Education and Experience post certification/licensure.
Responsibilities:
- Conducts Functional Behavior Assessments.
- Develops and implements Behavior Intervention Plans.
- Conducts Data Analysis of client’s treatment plan goals/objectives.
- Produces progress reports and treatment plans to meet the requirements and submission timelines of regulatory agencies and funding sources.
- Implement structured and individualized treatment programs to teach language, play, social, daily living, and academic skills and to reduce challenging behaviors.
- Develop new programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed.
- Provide parent/caregiver education and training based on the client’s treatment plan.
- Directly observe and supervise the treatment provided by the Clinical Supervisors and Behavior Interventionists.
- Provide ongoing ABA training and support to Clinical Supervisors and Behavior Interventionists using Behavior Skills Training.
- Monitor treatment integrity using treatment fidelity and collecting Interobserver Agreement (IOA) data on clients’ target behaviors.
- Maintains records and makes written and oral reports concerning client care, counseling and therapeutic activities.
- Attend staff meetings, trainings, and other meetings as requested.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
Qualifications:
We are looking for educated, experienced clinical professionals who bring extraordinary compassion and commitment to their work. Applicants should have the following qualifications:
- A valid California Driver's License, auto registration and insurance, a reliable vehicle and be able to drive to clients' homes throughout the High Desert.
- BCBA Certification Preferred. LMFT/LCSW with experience in ABA Therapy and experience working with individuals with Autism and developmental disabilities.
- 1-3 years of strong experiential background in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Experience in parent training, data collection, goal development, program writing, and assessment administration (e.g., VB-MAPP, AFLS, ABAS, Vineland).
