Seeking Substance Use Disorder Counselors to provide screening, brief interventions, individual and group therapy, and coordinate referrals for underserved populations. Responsibilities include accurate documentation, developing community resource contacts, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care. Counselors will deliver direct counseling, crisis intervention, and education, assess patients for treatment plans, and serve as a subject matter expert. Requirements include current registration or certification from a California SUD agency, a high school diploma, CPR certification, at least 1 year of counseling experience (preferably with specific patient groups), and the ability to travel within the county. Bilingual skills may be required. Compensation ranges from $27.50 to $33.50 per hour, with full benefits, retirement, paid time off, and wellness programs.
