Position/Title:

• Position: Psychotherapist, LCSW
• Schedule: Full Time
• Location of opening: New Jersey (Jackson, or Ocean, or Monmouth)
• Expectation of 25+ billable hours a week. Salary 90k, flexible hours to service clients via telehealth, in home and in senior living settings

Requirements:

• Valid New Jersey State LCSW and all necessary documents to be credentialed
• Geriatric experience not required, but a plus
• Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and respect for all individuals
• Basic understanding of Medicare documentation guidelines

Responsibilities:

• Complete Initial Psychosocial Assessments with diagnosis code(s)
• Outline an individualized treatment plan and meet with client for individual psychotherapy sessions
• Assess client’s functionality/needs
• Create trust and rapport with all clients
• Advocating on behalf of the client as needed
• Document weekly progress notes in accordance to Medicare and insurance guidelines
• Prepare clients for termination when necessary
• Document discharge notes.
• Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and respect for all individuals
