The Physician Psychiatrist role offers a pay range of $256,313.89 to $410,102.22, with a hiring range of $256,313.89 to $358,839.44, and includes incentives such as a sign-on bonus, relocation package, enhanced leave, and retention bonus.
- Provides direct clinical customer care, collaborates with staff to develop protocols and treatment plans.
- Offers consult-based services including assessments, chart reviews, co-visits, and curbside consults to support primary care physicians with psychiatric needs.
- Requires an M.D. or D.O., valid Alaska medical license, current specialty certification, and BLS certification; additional certifications as needed.
- Supports Native preference policies and adheres to employee health screening and immunization requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination.
