About Job

A Well Place, LLC is an up and coming outpatient therapy practice out of Worcester. Our primary goal is to hire and retain licensed providers who are looking for opportunities to work with a small, friendly, collaborating staff. There are opportunities for peer consultation and support, as well as building a client base around specific areas of expertise.

At this time, we are eager to hire additional providers to work out of our Worcester office in the highly sought after Historic Elm Park District. Preference will be given to those who are licensed in MA as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Looking specifically for clinicians with experience in any of the following, treatment of children, adolescents, families, and/or couples. This position offers competitive compensation as a W2 employee, a flexible schedule, in-person office space located in Worcester nestled in the heart of 3 local colleges, Telehealth services, and comprehensive administrative support.

Interested applicants must:

  • Be licensed in Massachusetts
  • Expected hours: 15-30 weekly
  • Annual Compensation (range based on qualifications and hours) $40,560.00 - $90,480
