About Job

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism, providing high-quality patient care and support. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and developing behavior intervention plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Your expertise will contribute to improving the quality of life for those you serve.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment results.
  • Monitor and analyze client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including parents, caregivers, and other professionals, to provide holistic care.
  • Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques and strategies.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in the field.

Requirements

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those with autism.
  • Strong skills in patient care, including the ability to assess needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Proficiency in medical documentation and maintaining accurate medical records.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
  • A compassionate approach to working with children and adults facing behavioral challenges.
