As a Clinician on our team, you will provide vital mental health and/or substance use services via our outpatient clinic, school-based, and telehealth settings. You'll work with diverse individuals, couples, groups, and families, with opportunities to creatively design group programs.
What You'll Do:
Perform thorough clinical assessments and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Develop, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans.
Provide skilled clinical interventions to foster client growth and change.
Manage continuing care needs, including aftercare and support services.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and meet productivity targets.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and insurance standards (including commercial and Mass Health).
Engage in regular supervision and cultivate strong professional relationships.
Demonstrate autonomy and effective time management, with availability for 1-2 evenings weekly.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
Independent license: LICSW or LMHC.
