Riverside Health and Rehabilitation Center - Pediatric Unit is a trusted leader in pediatric rehabilitation services, committed to delivering compassionate and comprehensive care to children and their families. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to join our Pediatric Unit on a part-time basis in Trenton, NJ.

This position is part-time working 20 hours a week -> 1 full day shift (6:45a-4:45p- other hours can be flexible)

Job Requirements:

Licensed or certified by the New Jersey State Board of Social Work Examiners pursuant to N.J.S.A. 45:15BB-1 et seq.
Minimum one year of experience providing social work services for children
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Compassionate, organized, and family-centered approach

Job Responsibilities:

Provide supportive counseling and psychosocial assessments for pediatric patients and their families
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure the best outcomes for each child
Assist families in navigating healthcare services and community resources
Advocate for the emotional, social, and developmental needs of children in care
