Riverside Health and Rehabilitation Center - Pediatric Unit is a trusted leader in pediatric rehabilitation services, committed to delivering compassionate and comprehensive care to children and their families. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to join our Pediatric Unit on a part-time basis in Trenton, NJ.
This position is part-time working 20 hours a week -> 1 full day shift (6:45a-4:45p- other hours can be flexible)

Job Requirements:
- Licensed or certified by the New Jersey State Board of Social Work Examiners pursuant to N.J.S.A. 45:15BB-1 et seq.
- Minimum one year of experience providing social work services for children
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate, organized, and family-centered approach

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide supportive counseling and psychosocial assessments for pediatric patients and their families
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure the best outcomes for each child
- Assist families in navigating healthcare services and community resources
- Advocate for the emotional, social, and developmental needs of children in care
