St. Joseph’s Recovery, a division of CommonSpirit Health, is launching a groundbreaking Adult Recovery Program designed to provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and family-centered care.
Licensed Counselors at St. Joseph’s Recovery provide evidence-based individual and group counseling services to adults in our trauma-informed intensive outpatient program (IOP). This role supports long-term recovery by delivering personalized treatment, engaging families, and collaborating across disciplines to ensure comprehensive client care.
Pay Range
$25.18 - $36.52 /hour
- Conduct clinical intake assessments using ASAM criteria to determine the appropriate level of care
- Develop individualized, strengths-based treatment plans in collaboration with clients
- Provide weekly individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches including CRA, CBT, and MI
- Facilitate specialized group sessions including parenting education, relapse prevention, and recovery-focused support
- Encourage 12-Step recovery participation and facilitate or refer to Al-Anon-informed groups
- Maintain clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries) in compliance with Medicaid, NMAC, and regulatory standards
- Coordinate care with case managers, peer support specialists, and external community providers
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related behavioral health field

- Bilingual (English/Spanish); familiarity with parenting models and recovery-oriented frameworks
