Happy and Free Healing is a locally owned holistic counseling practice. We have been in business since 2018 and have a passion for serving our community as an insurance based practice. We are actively hiring clinicians to work both in office (and sometimes remotely depending on client needs) providing counseling services to clients.

We are seeking LICSW, LMHC, LMFTs as well as being able to provide supervision to LCSWs, or pre-licensed LMHC-A therapists ! We also have supervision opportunities for full licensed and insured therapists!

*This is a W2 hourly role, but you choose your hours, we also pay for documentation time and have an education stipend. *

We are a locally-owned practice based in Warwick RI. You will have the flexibility to work remotely or in person while having the benefits of working for a small woman-owned local business.
We offer peer consultations with the business owner/clinical director and other skilled supervisory clinicians.
We handle all of the marketing, scheduling, and billing. All you need to do is show up your session, write the note/treatment plan, and reschedule follow ups.

Looking for clinicians LICENSED IN RHODE ISLAND (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, PHD) who are ideally already paneled with at least one insurance company. (Blue Cross, Optum, NHP, United, or Cigna). If you are not paneled yet, we can handle the credentialing process for the right fit!

We are also hiring LCSW or LMHC-A candidates with at least 2 years experience in the field and can offer supervision to qualified candidates.

Opportunity for motivated individuals with weekend and evening time slots in most demand.

Upon hire, we do require you obtain professional liability insurance.
