Summit Academy is seeking confident individuals with a strong desire and the ability to make a difference in the lives of our youth. Night Counselors are responsible for building security, student welfare, mentoring and counseling. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to promote appropriate behavior and social interaction skills and serve as positive role models.

The hours for this position are 10:30 p.m. to 8:30 a.m., four consecutive work nights with three consecutive nights off. (Not a live-in position)

An Associates degree is preferred but a minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Salary is based on schedule

Individuals with athletic, military, and/or industrial trade experience will be strongly considered, as well as candidates with life experience and certified Emergency Medical Technicians.

Child Abuse, Criminal History, FBI, driver's license and medical clearances are required upon employment.
