Blazer Jobs is proud to partner with a school district in Lawrence, KS, to hire a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the upcoming school year. This full-time, onsite position offers competitive pay, professional support, and opportunities for growth.
Position Details:
Dates: August 7, 2025 May 22, 2026
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Caseload: K12 students, district-wide
Pay Range: $45$50 per hour (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct support and consultation to teachers and school staff
Develop and implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Supervise and provide guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Ensure fidelity to treatment protocols and ethical standards in alignment with BACB guidelines
Conduct staff training and coaching on positive behavior supports and interventions
Monitor student progress through data collection and analysis
State & Certification Requirements:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Supervision certification to oversee RBTs
Must meet all Kansas state requirements to work as a BCBA in a school setting
Must be willing to be hands-on and actively engaged in the school environment
Candidates who do not meet requirements will not be considered.
