Blazer Jobs is proud to partner with a school district in Lawrence, KS, to hire a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the upcoming school year. This full-time, onsite position offers competitive pay, professional support, and opportunities for growth.

Position Details:

• Dates: August 7, 2025 May 22, 2026

• Hours: 37.5 hours per week

• Caseload: K12 students, district-wide

• Pay Range: $45$50 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support and consultation to teachers and school staff

• Develop and implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

• Supervise and provide guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

• Ensure fidelity to treatment protocols and ethical standards in alignment with BACB guidelines

• Conduct staff training and coaching on positive behavior supports and interventions

• Monitor student progress through data collection and analysis

State & Certification Requirements:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

• Supervision certification to oversee RBTs

• Must meet all Kansas state requirements to work as a BCBA in a school setting

• Must be willing to be hands-on and actively engaged in the school environment
