About the Role:

The BCBA will play a key role in supporting student development by conducting behavioral assessments, designing individualized intervention plans, and providing training to staff and families. Youll collaborate closely with school teams, students, and caregivers to help create a safe, inclusive, and effective learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct behavioral services and conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as required by IEPs or behavior plans

  • Maintain accurate documentation, data collection, and progress monitoring records

  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

  • Provide coaching and professional development to school personnel on behavioral strategies

  • Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations related to special education and behavior services

Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

  • Preferred experience working in a school setting or with children/adolescents with behavioral needs

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
