About Job
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This BCBA position involves working a set number of hours with students of various ages, many of whom are on the Autism spectrum or have other behavioral issues. The role requires collaborating with teachers to develop IEPs and possibly supervising RBTs. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to successfully work with these students and ensure progress towards their individual goals.

Requirements:
- Master's degree in School Psychology, SPED, or similar
- Schools experience preferred
- Must hold National BCBA Certification
