About Job

Endless Pawsibilities is owned and managed by dog trainers and is one of its kind, located on 7 acres. We have 1 acre that is completely turfed with pools, shade and plans in place for expansion over the next 10 months. We strive to provide the absolute care possible for each dog by providing a fun and structured place to train, board and play! Our team of hard-working dog lovers are committed to the dogs and the retreat, making EP a fun and proud place to work. We believe that everyone in every position should step in and contribute to each job, but the following are the main duties for this position:

  • Making sure every guest is comfortable, happy and receiving all the services that an owner request.
  • Maintaining the daily duties and in a timely manner including thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting all enclosures, play yards and common areas as well as general housekeeping throughout the entire facility.
  • Learn how to perform feedings accurately and pass on communication if dogs are not eating.
  • Learn how to intake daycare dogs safely and in a controlled manner using guidance of trainers.
  • Learn how to intake boarding dogs safely and in a controlled manner, ensure that all belongings are reviewed and labeled by name, feeding/med instructions are provided and that all boarding check in questions have been answered.
  • Ensure that all dogs are go home clean and brushed out by any means necessary.
  • Maintain safe and engaging playgroups and complete any daily refresher training sessions if assigned.
  • Constantly observe dogs by feeling, looking at feet, ears, teeth, etc., so we can communicate to clients when a dog needs a nail trim, FUR-minator, paw treatment or if there is anything concerning that a vet should look at.
  • Feeding and medicating guests and keeping detailed records of our guests’ entire stay.
  • Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning duties assigned.
  • Keep a detailed log of the dogs who are participating in social club for that day.
  • Be familiar with all assigned dogs including behavior and training history, dietary restrictions, social preferences, owner’s name, and age.
  • Use proper dog handling techniques as instructed by the trainers.
  • Complete report cards of specified dogs to ensure excellent communication with the owner.
  • Be familiar with operating software – Gingr.
  • Provide assistance to other departments as needed.
  • Report any needed supplies to management immediately when noticed

Please note - this job is 95% outdoors. The applicant MUST be able to handle being on their feet for several hours a day and work in extreme temperatures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
