PeaceTree Counseling and Consulting is a private practice in King of Prussia and center city Philadelphia which provides treatment to children, adults, families and couples. PeaceTree Counseling Postdoctoral Fellow will provide outpatient treatment to children, adults, families, and couples. The Post-Doctoral Fellow will also conduct administrative/supervisory duties including but not limited to supervision of interns and externs (individual and group), review of recorded sessions, treatment plans and intakes, marketing outreach, conducting didactics, and other tasks as assigned. PeaceTree Assessments also offers an opportunity to provide assessments to children and adults. We also have PeaceTree Kids which is a separate kid-friendly space to focus on treating children in a safe child focused environment.

A few responsibilities include:

1. Attends supervisory sessions as required by the state licensing board.

2. Attends and conducts (at times) didactic seminars for externs.

3. Provides psychotherapy and treatment to clients and/or families of a caseload of at least 26 clients, using empirically supported treatment protocols with 14 hours of administrative duties a week.

4. Work at least 2 evenings a week or one evening and a Saturday.

Assures the inclusion of the client and/or family as active members of the treatment planning process and updates treatment plans as needed.

5. Review intakes and progress notes, as well as other administrative duties as assigned.

6. Opportunities to provide supervision to interns and externs.

7. Complete all notes and informed consents for patient files completed within two weeks of patient appointment.

8. Maintain patient accounts and balance them weekly with admin assistance.

Salary and Benefits:

Range of salary is based on the number of patient sessions weekly. This position is full-time and requires at least 26 patient hours per week in addition to 14 administrative hours. The salary is based on 40% of your patient revenue which at a minimum of 26 patients equals approximately $75,000. There is extra compensation if more than 26 patients per week are seen as well as additional compensation of assessments at 40%.

50% of paid cancels and no-shows
