We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Orange, NJ. The BCBA will play a key role in developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans, supporting individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, and guiding Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in implementing effective strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Supervise and provide training to RBTs and ABA Therapists.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to drive treatment decisions.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support client progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Active BCBA certification (required).
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
