Contract School Psychologist

ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualifiedSchool Psychologistfor a school district located in Oakland, CA for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year!

Details

  • Position: School Psychologist
  • Contract Length: 25/26 School Year
  • Ages: Middle and high school
  • Hours: Full time - 37.5/week
  • Compensation:$65-$75 hourly based off of experience
  • Payment: Weekly direct deposit

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to identify student needs, including academic, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
  • Develop and implement intervention strategies to support student success.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create individualized plans.
  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed.
  • Facilitate communication between students, families, and school staff to support a positive learning environment.
  • Attend IEP meetings and provide input for specialized education plans.
  • Maintain detailed records and adhere to all state and federal regulations.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in School Psychology required
  • CA School Psychologist license
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
