Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Bi-lingual in Spanish Family Therapist to join our team in San Bernardino. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mental health counseling, with a focus on providing therapeutic support to families and individuals facing various challenges. This role involves working with adult clients promoting mental wellness and facilitate healing through evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

Conduct mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress.
Engage in continuous professional development.
Focusing on client safety, therapeutic relationships, and treatment facilitation
Completes paperwork to support mental health billing in a timely manner.
Attends and participates in a variety of internal and external meetings.
Performs related duties as assigned.
Is engaged and facilitates outreach initiatives
Must be self-directed and work productively with minimal supervision.
Ability to work effectively as a member of an interdisciplinary team
Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Access, Outlook

Requirements:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Bilingual in Spanish
Proven experience in mental health counseling, particularly with children and families.
Familiarity with medical documentation processes and ICD-10 coding is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in the field of family therapy.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $38.00 per hour

Schedule:
4 hour shift - 20 hours a week
