Role Summary

As a School Psychologist, you will provide a full range of psychological services to students ages 5 to 21. You will conduct assessments, provide counseling, and collaborate with educators and administrators to develop and implement strategies that support student success and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments
  • Provide counseling and behavioral interventions for students
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff
  • Contribute to IEP planning and educational decision-making
  • Maintain clear and professional documentation of evaluations and services
  • Offer consultation and guidance to promote positive student outcomes

Required Qualifications
  • Degree in School Psychology
  • Certification or eligibility for certification by Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE)
  • Maryland license or license-eligible
  • Excellent assessment, counseling, and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with collaboration and consultation within multidisciplinary school teams
