1. Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify target behaviors
2. Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings
3. Monitor and analyze behavior data, making data-driven decisions to modify intervention strategies as needed
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and behavior plans
5. Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting collaboration and open communication
6. Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians, ensuring effective implementation of behavior plans

• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
• Active VA license
• At least 1 year of experience
• High organizational skills
• Effective and compassionate communication skills
