A prestigious organization is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). They will perform behavioral assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans for conditions such as ASD, OCD, and ADHD. The role primarily involves improving individuals’ lives by promoting positive behavior changes and skill acquisition. The center offers a salary of $135K per year, along with comprehensive employment packages for full-time staff, including paid time off (PTO), medical, dental, and vision insurance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify target behaviors
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings
- Monitor and analyze behavior data, making data-driven decisions to modify intervention strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and behavior plans
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting collaboration and open communication
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians, ensuring effective implementation of behavior plans
Qualifications
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
- Active VA license
- At least 1 year of experience
- High organizational skills
- Effective and compassionate communication skills
