Ro Health is hiring School Psychologists to join our Arizona Behavioral Team for the 2025–2026 school year and beyond. This contracted role offers the rare opportunity to do meaningful work in school-based settings—with the flexibility and support of agency placement.

By partnering with Ro Health, you’re joining a network. Our relationships with multiple school systems give you access to diverse caseloads, smooth transitions between assignments, and the opportunity to grow your career across a broader range of settings.

What You’ll Do (varies on district):

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations (cognitive, academic, behavioral, social-emotional)
  • Write clear, legally sound reports with actionable recommendations
  • Actively participate in IEP meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Provide individual and group counseling services based on student needs
  • Deliver behavioral consultation and support in both general and special education settings
  • Offer crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments as needed
  • Promote culturally responsive and trauma-informed practices across the school community

What You’ll Need:

  • Valid Arizona School Psychologist License
  • Master’s Degree from NASP-approved school (Psychology Program preferred)
  • School-based experience
  • Strong skills in patient assessment, psychological testing, and diagnostic evaluation

Why School Psychologists Choose Ro Health:

  • Access to multiple district placements
  • Transparent and competitive weekly pay
  • Hands-on support with credentialing, onboarding, and case transitions
  • A dedicated team that advocates for your success—not just your placement
  • Flexibility to explore new settings

Benefits (eligibility dependent on employment status):

  • Paid time off
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401K with employer matching
  • Direct deposit every Friday
  • Single point of contact
  • Referral Bonus Program
  • Career Advancements

Work Where You’re Needed Most—On Your Own Terms.
