An opportunity exists for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide expert support in a K-12 educational setting located in Reading, MA. This contract position is designed for the full school year, allowing for meaningful engagement with students and staff to enhance educational outcomes through applied behavior analysis.

Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification
• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with special needs
• Strong knowledge of behavioral interventions and data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior plans

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify student needs and develop tailored behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure the effective implementation of behavioral strategies
• Provide training and support to educational staff regarding behavioral techniques and best practices
• Monitor student progress and adjust behavior plans as necessary based on data analysis
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and coordinate care
