A K-12 school in North Bennington, VT seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students requiring specialized behavioral interventions throughout the upcoming school year. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to implement effective behavioral strategies.
- Provide training and ongoing consultation to teachers and staff to promote positive behavior supports.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary to meet evolving needs.
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and best practices regarding behavior management.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
- Experience working with K-12 students in educational or clinical settings preferred.

- Knowledge of evidence-based behavioral strategies and data-driven decision making.
