Short Description:Provides psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, social work consultation, referrals,short term crisis counseling to facilitate discharge plans, and/or adjustment to illness, andcomplex discharge planning for patients and their families.Functions as a member of the Utilization Management team.Responsible for MSW field instruction for Rutgers University School of Social Work.Provides supervision to BA/BSW staff, LCSW's provide clinical supervision to LSW staff, as assigned by the Director of Utilization Management. Experience Required:1-2 years health care experience Education Requirements:Requires a Master Degree in Social Work (MSW) License/Certification Requirements:Current NJ SW License – (NEW JERSEY SOCIAL WORKER), LCSW Preferred. Special Requirements:PRN, varieslooking for an individual able to work flexible hoursSalary Min ($): USD $26.00 Salary Max ($): USD $44.00
