Role Overview:
We are looking for a qualified and committed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the 20252026 school year. This full-time, year-round position will provide behavior analysis services to students aged 5 to 21 within a single school building. The BCBA will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing evidence-based behavioral interventions tailored to individual student needs to improve educational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for students with behavioral challenges

Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on data and student needs

Provide direct consultation and support to school staff in the effective application of behavior plans
Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or equivalent

Minimum of two years experience delivering behavior analysis services to individuals with autism
