Role Overview:
We are looking for a qualified and committed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the 20252026 school year. This full-time, year-round position will provide behavior analysis services to students aged 5 to 21 within a single school building. The BCBA will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing evidence-based behavioral interventions tailored to individual student needs to improve educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for students with behavioral challenges

• Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on data and student needs

• Provide direct consultation and support to school staff in the effective application of behavior plans

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or equivalent

• Minimum of two years experience delivering behavior analysis services to individuals with autism
